This on-line training for sharing Mindfulness with children and adolescents is a refined version of the two-day workshop I offered at the Center for Mindfulness in 2008. For each session, course participants will view 1 hour of video of a 4th grade Still Quiet Place course (via the web at a personally convenient time), engage in home practice and partner practice, and participate in a 1 ½ hour web based group discussion. This training supports teachers and health care professionals interested in offering mindfulness to children and adolescents.
